Shipping and Delivery Policy
This Policy has been prepared to inform Site visitors and ordering customers (“Buyer”) about the shipment and delivery of products ordered through www.conceptbeauty.com.tr (“Site”), owned by Mast Art Group Kozmetik İth. İhr. ve San. Tic. A.Ş. (“Mast Art”).
As a rule, Mast Art is responsible for delivering the product in good condition, complete, and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order. However, with regard to the delivery of products ordered and paid for by the Buyer, the relevant provisions in the Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) signed between Mast Art and the Buyer remain valid.
Delivery Time
The product is given to the shipping company as soon as possible after the email confirming the order is sent to the Buyer. Delivery of the product will be made within 7 business days from the date the order is placed/the order is confirmed by the Buyer, provided that Mast Art's stock is available and after payment is received, except in cases where delivery of the product becomes impossible.
Delivery to a Different Person/Address than the Buyer
The Buyer may request that the product be delivered to a person/entity other than themselves during the ordering process. However, your orders can also be received by a first-degree relative with a matching surname, provided they present identification. The signature of the person receiving the package at the delivery address is required.
If the product is to be delivered to a person/entity other than the Buyer, Mast Art cannot be held responsible for any damages or expenses (e.g., extra shipping costs) arising from the recipient's absence, refusal to accept delivery, or inaccuracies and/or omissions in the delivery information provided by the Buyer.
If the billing address specified by the Buyer differs from the delivery address, the Buyer agrees, declares, and undertakes to pay an additional shipping fee for the delivery of the invoice to the relevant address.
Problems During Delivery
As a rule, Mast Art cannot be held responsible for any problems encountered by the shipping company during the delivery of the product to the Buyer, resulting in the product not being delivered to the Buyer or their authorized person/entity.
However, if the Buyer believes that the package and/or the product inside has been damaged (torn, burst, crushed, wet, etc.) upon delivery;
The Buyer has the right to refuse delivery of damaged packages, have the courier company employee prepare a report (Damage Assessment Report or Damage Assessment Report), and return the package. If the courier company employee believes that the package or the product inside is not damaged, the Buyer has the right to open the package at the time of delivery and in the presence of the courier employee to personally check the condition of the products upon delivery, have the courier employee do so, and document the situation with a report. The report must be prepared in two copies; one copy will remain with the Buyer, and the other copy will be given to the courier company employee.
If the Buyer refuses the package and prepares a report, this must be reported immediately to Mast Art via email to info@conceptbeauty.com.tr within 1 (one) business day at the latest, along with the copy of the report kept by the Buyer.
If these procedures are completed, Mast Art will begin working on the package and ensure that the delivery is repeated as soon as possible.
Furthermore, if the recipient believes there is a problem/error with the product due to delivery but is unable to file a report as described above for a valid reason, they must immediately, and at the latest on the day of delivery, take a photograph of the product and its packaging and send it to info@conceptbeauty.com.tr via email. In this case, Mast Art will contact the Buyer within 3 (three) business days regarding the delivery and return process.
If the package is accepted by the Buyer without any objection; without any report being filed or other evidence being provided regarding the package and/or the product being delivered incomplete, defective, or different from what was stated, it will be considered that the shipping company has fully completed its duty; and Mast Art has fulfilled its delivery obligation.
Termination of Mast Art's Delivery Obligation
Mast Art's delivery obligation ends upon delivery of the ordered product to the Buyer or to the authorized person/entity at the address requested by the Buyer in the Contract.
If, for any reason, the Buyer fails to pay the product price or the payment is cancelled by the bank, Mast Art is considered to be relieved of its delivery obligation.
However, in the cases mentioned above under the heading "Problems That May Occur During Delivery," the obligations of the Buyer and Mast Art are clearly stated; in this case, the Buyer and Mast Art reserve all rights to claim compensation from each other and the shipping company.
Delivery Costs
Shipping costs are generally paid by the Buyer and are added to the total order amount. However, depending on the outcome of the campaigns that Mast Art is running at the time of sale and/or whose terms are announced on the Site, it may not charge the Buyer the entire shipping cost or a portion of it as determined by the campaign. In addition, for products returned by the Buyer using the right of withdrawal, the shipping cost may be charged to the Buyer.
